All devices sold to Quality Mobiles undergo a thorough inspection. The final price offered may differ from the initial online quote if the device condition does not match the user-provided information. Users will be notified of any adjustments before the transaction is completed.

Payment Terms

Payments for sold devices are processed within 3-5 business days after the inspection and approval. Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other available methods as specified at the time of transaction.

Shipping and Delivery

For Selling Devices

When selling a device, users can either drop it off at our Madurai store or arrange for a courier pickup. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated at the time of the transaction.

For Buying Devices

Purchased devices are shipped within 2-3 business days. Tracking information will be provided, and delivery times may vary based on location.

Returns and Refunds

Device Purchases

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the device within 7 days for a full refund, provided it is in the same condition as when sold. Return shipping charges may apply.

Service Cancellations

Cancellations of repair services must be made before the service begins. Once the repair process has started, cancellation is not possible.

Warranty

All refurbished devices come with a 6-month warranty covering hardware defects. This does not cover accidental damage, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.
